Untuk menjalankan transaksi seperti pendaftaran pengamal tempatan atau dagang dan pembaharuan pendaftaran, anda mestilah mendaftar ID Pengguna. Setelah pendaftaran pengguna dibuat, anda bolehlah menjalankan transaksi di Sistem T&CM Online ini.
Berikut adalah keperluan-keperluan untuk menjalankan transaksi di system ini:

Mesin pengimbas atau kamera digital untuk mengimbas dokumen-dokumen yang perlu dilampirkan bersama-sama dengan borang permohonan. |

Klik 'Register Now' untuk mendaftar. |

Masukkan maklumat-maklumat yang diperlukan. |

Bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat pengguna system. |

Emel akan dihantar kepada pengguna setelah pendaftaran dibuat.

As a new user, you should know that there are many security measures built into our Online Application System.
To conduct transactions such as local or foreign practioner registration and certificate renewal, you should register your User ID. Once you have obtained your User ID and password, then you will be able to conduct your transactions in T&CM Online System.
To conduct transactions in T&CM Online System, you must conform to the following pre-requisite:

Click on 'Register Now' to register your User ID. |
|
Fill-up your User ID, Password and valid personal particular. |
|
You have agree with all service terms and conditions. |

Once you have completed your User ID registration, your password to log on to the system will be sent to your email at the email address specified in the User ID registration form.
